Services, Fees, and More About My Clients:

I see individuals (teens and adults) and couples virtually at Activate Resilience Counseling (ARC), and I have a warm, relational, goal-oriented style. My fee for a 50-minute session is $150 — ARC does not take insurance, but sliding scale rates are available, so please inquire during the consult if needed.

My clients are usually:

Creatives working to find balance and manage the pressures of making art and/or content in their daily lives.
LGBTQIA+ people getting to know themselves and their identities and creating vibrant communities.
Professionals seeking to alleviate burnout and find professional fulfillment without compromising their values.

Other issues I frequently see: Trauma/PTSD, Relationship and Dating Issues, Academic Stress, Major Life Transitions.
